Search "Remitly promo code" and you'll drown in "$25 off" coupons. Look closely: almost all are US codes for US corridors — useless if you're sending from the UK. What genuinely exists here is smaller and simpler: Remitly's own first-transfer offer, a referral bonus, and — the part the coupon sites never mention — cashback for signing up through a cashback site, currently up to £8 on TopCashback and £6.40 on Quidco. Here's what works in the UK and how to combine it.

Disclosure: cashback links here are my referral links — free for you (you get a £10 bonus). No relationship with Remitly.

What's real for UK senders

Offer Details Notes
Remitly first-transfer offer Fee-free first transfer and/or a promotional exchange rate, via a referral link or new-customer promotion Applied automatically at sign-up when eligible
Referral link/code Friend gets the first-transfer perks; referrer gets a bonus after the friend sends Shared from the Remitly app
Cashback — TopCashback up to £8 for new customers via the link Paid to your bank after the transfer confirms
Cashback — Quidco £6.40 Same mechanism
"$25 / 20% off" coupon codes US-market codes for US corridors Don't rely on these from the UK

A quick sanity check that saves people money: Remitly's headline fee is often tiny or zero; its margin is in the exchange rate. When comparing Remitly with WorldRemit or Wise, compare the amount the recipient gets, not the fee.

Stack it: cashback + first-transfer offer

  1. Click through TopCashback → Remitly (join here for a £10 bonus) — or Quidco if its rate is higher that day.
  2. Create your Remitly account in that session; the new-customer first-transfer offer applies at Remitly's end.
  3. Complete verification and send your first transfer (check the listing for a minimum amount).
  4. Cashback shows as pending and confirms after the transfer completes.

Because the cashback bounty is a one-off per new customer, if you're also new to WorldRemit or Wise, sequence them: open whichever has the biggest live bounty first. The mechanics — and the £50 WorldRemit bounty I collected doing exactly this — are in the WorldRemit guide.

Keeping the bounty from declining

New account only; minimum first send met; same session from cashback site to completed transfer; ID verification done promptly; don't cancel. Remittance bounties confirm once the money is delivered, so expect a short pending period rather than an instant confirm.

FAQ — real questions people ask Google

How to get offer code in Remitly? UK new customers don't usually need a code — the first-transfer offer applies via a referral link or new-customer promotion when you sign up. If you have a referral code from a friend, enter it during sign-up. Add cashback by starting from a cashback site.

What is the best Remitly promo code? For UK senders, the best "code" isn't a code: it's a referral link for the first-transfer perks combined with the new-customer cashback (up to £8 on TopCashback). The $25 codes advertised online are US-only.

Is there a Remitly promo code for the UK? Not a general public one at the moment — UK offers run through referral links and Remitly's own new-customer promotion. Check Remitly's UK promotions page and the cashback listing's approved codes before your first transfer.

Rates from TopCashback and Quidco Remitly listings on 8 September 2026 — they rotate; verify before sending. I haven't used Remitly personally; my remittance receipt is WorldRemit. Sources: TopCashback Remitly · Quidco Remitly · r/RemitlyReferrals · coupon-site listings (US-denominated).

New to TopCashback? You get £10 too.
