Two things you need to know before you shop: its cashback is tiered by basket size (2.1% under £150, up to 6.3% over £250), and only Frasers-approved codes are safe to combine with it. I know the second part the hard way: a £54 order that tracked £3.24 cashback and then declined. Here's what works, what the tiers mean for how you shop, and how to avoid my mistake.

What happened to my £54 order

It tracked — at the 6% headline, £3.24 — then declined. The order was a small mixed basket, and Frasers Group brands are unforgiving on exclusions: a code the listing didn't approve, or an excluded line, and the whole transaction is rejected rather than adjusted. My Sports Direct order in the same group paid fine (2.1%). The difference, as far as I can reconstruct it, was the code. Lesson: at Frasers, use only the approved codes on the cashback listing, or none.
