Flannels is the designer arm of Frasers Group, and searching for its discount code is a national pastime — 28,000 times a month. The truth: 20% and £100-off codes do appear, usually seasonal or account-targeted, and students get a UNiDAYS discount. Cashback exists too, but it's tiered by spend — just 1.05% under £450, rising to 5.25% over £750 — and Frasers Group is the strictest family of retailers I've dealt with: my Frasers order's cashback declined outright. Two implications. First, consolidate: a £780 order earns £40.95; two £390 orders earn £8.19. Second, the listing voids cashback for unauthorised or unlisted promo codes — so a 20% code from a coupon site that isn't on the cashback listing means no cashback. On a £1,000 designer order that's a £52.50 decision.

The Frasers Group warning, from my account

My £54 Frasers order tracked £3.24 and then declined; my Sports Direct order (same group) paid. The difference was almost certainly a code the listing didn't approve. Frasers Group brands reject the whole transaction rather than trimming it. At Flannels, with the money involved, treat this as rule one.
