Cashback is where Boohoo gets odd: on the day I checked, TopCashback's listing showed up to 8% for existing customers and ~2% for new — the reverse of most retailers — and, as ever with fast fashion, unapproved codes void it. That inversion is unusual enough that I'd re-check the live listing before relying on it — rates at Boohoo swing with promotions. What's constant: cashback stacks with on-site sale prices, but non-approved codes void it. Boohoo's own 15EXTRA-style codes are often shown on the cashback listing; if the code you want isn't there, it's code or cashback.

Fast-fashion cashback: the rules I learned the expensive way

Four of my five Pull&Bear orders declined — unlisted codes on a strict retailer. New Look paid 20% when I used its offer and clicked through cleanly. Boohoo sits in the same category:

1. Click through TopCashback to boohoo.com (web, not app).
2. Use only a code shown on the cashback listing (15EXTRA often is) — or no code and take the sale price + cashback.
3. Same session, card payment, no gift cards.
4. Returns cancel cashback on the returned items — normal, not a decline.

Worked example (existing customer): £80 basket → 15EXTRA (if listed) → £68 → 8% cashback £5.44 → £62.56. If 15EXTRA isn't listed: £80 → 8% = £6.40 back (£73.60) vs £68 with the code and no cashback — the code still wins.
